Our client was planning the construction of 16 wind turbines in the north of Germany. SAFETEE was asked to take over the HSE management and back office support. The particular challenge in this project was the ambitious schedule of the construction plan, which of course had to ensure maximum safety. In addition, this construction project had the character of a pilot project for the client, meaning that the parties involved came together from many different specialized departments.

By examining the initial situation and appointments on site, it was possible to establish a consistent understanding of safety together with all parties involved. Daily inspections and the documentation of positive safety aspects as well as remaining deficiencies, together with continuous communication and consistency, led to a safe implementation.
