Prior to starting, the legal and customer-specific requirements are checked and the availability of trained personnel is determined. In case of deficiencies, we define corrective actions and make a recommendation for the start of the construction site. An action plan documents all measures and enables continuous follow-up. With the start of the execution phase, the scope of the inspection is extended to the local conditions. A permanent update of the action plan provides insights on the status of all measures at any time and allows important work to be prioritized.
