Incident investigation: why “Why did it make sense?” beats “Who did it?”
You investigate an accident or near miss so that the company learns when the guiding question is: why did the action make sense at that moment? It leads to system causes such as time pressure, material, information and coordination instead of a culprit. The investigation runs in four steps and ends with measures whose effect you check.

Building battery storage: when SiGeKo and HSE should join
If employees of several employers work on a battery storage site, the client appoints a coordinator under § 3 of the German Construction Site Ordinance, already for the planning of execution. This concerns developers, clients and EPC contractors. The EPC contract should state who provides the SiGeKo and who runs permits. SAFETEE provides SiGeKo and HSE management through to handover.

Safety-I vs Safety-II: Differences Explainedsafety-i-vs-safety-ii
Safety-I vs Safety-II: Differences Explained
Safety-I defines safety as a state in which as few things as possible go wrong and learns mainly from accidents. Safety-II defines safety as the ability to succeed under varying conditions and also learns from everyday work that goes right. Both approaches complement each other. SAFETEE combines them on projects with Learning Teams and structured deviation analysis.
