Project responsibility for clients in energy and industry: you are the face of SAFETEE at the client and work on the project as an HSE manager yourself
Professional leadership of a team of 5 to 10 HSE managers and safety coordinators: scheduling, quality, technical decisions. Disciplinary leadership is the next step
Onboarding new colleagues on the project, together with People & Culture and the SAFETEE Academy
Coaching and professional development of your team members, weekly jour fixe with the team
Point of contact for client and team on escalated or particularly complex topics
Creating and developing safety concepts, processes and standards for your projects
Regular reporting to the COO or CSO on project status, capacity and team development
Working with our own tools (Audit, HIRA, LMRA, Performance Monitor) and AI-assisted analyses that we develop further with you

Your profile

Qualified occupational safety specialist under § 6 ASiG
At least five years of experience in occupational safety on industrial construction sites or plants
Several years of leadership experience, professional or disciplinary, with a team in an HSE environment
Strong communicator: with the fitter as well as with the client's project management, and you can handle conflict
High level of ownership, entrepreneurial thinking, structured way of working
A plus: safety coordinator under RAB 30, degree in safety engineering or engineering, GWO or SCC certificates
Business-fluent German, confident English in speech and writing (many projects run in English)
Willingness to travel for project assignments and site visits, category B driving licence
