Regulation 2 of the German Statutory Accident Insurance Scheme (DGUV) ("Company Doctors and Occupational Safety Specialists") specifies in further detail the requirements of the Occupational Safety Act (ASiG) for employers' liability insurance associations and accident insurance institutions. This accident prevention regulation also defines, above all, the duties of safety-related supervision.
