The road to legal certainty
Our Ready-To-Go-Check (RTGC) assists clients with meeting the statutory requirements of occupational health and safety legislation right from the planning phase. This enables construction projects to start with legal certainty.
As experts in HSE management and safety consulting, our understanding of safety begins well before work starts on the construction site. The many and varied requirements of occupational health and safety are examined during the planning phase and applied to the execution phase. The SAFETEE RTGC serves as a recommendation to project managers and site managers as to whether work on a construction site can commence from a safety point of view, or whether there are any deficiencies causing a lack of legal certainty and avoid a safe start.
First inspection well before project start – on-site implementation
We check in advance which statutory and client-specific requirements exist and how many trained personnel are available. In case of deficiencies, we identify corrective measures and provide a recommendation regarding when work can start on the construction site safely. An action plan documents all measures and enables continuous follow-up.
With the start of the execution phase, the inspection scope is extended to include local circumstances. Continuous updating of the action plan provides insight into the status of all measures at all times and allows for the prioritisation of important tasks.
