For the legally compliant employment of subcontractors in Europe, we took over the development of subcontractor management for an international transport company.

Important aspects and milestones of the assignment include:

• Review and improvement of existing HSE documentation
• Development and implementation of (online) training concepts
• On-site consulting in the port and on the construction site
• Management of external companies, compilation of the relevant documentation, training of subcontractors, checking for and compliance with country-specific safety regulations
